We offer employers, court order, cps, probation, and parents testing services. Information about our testing options:

DOT Consortium Program:

Our program has everything your transportation business needs.
FMCSA encourages all employers to join consortium. Moreover, FMCSA requires individual owner/ drivers be in a random pool consisting of two or more persons

DOT Testing:

We provide Drug and Alcohol testing and compliance programs for the Department of Transportation.

The Department of Transportation is broken down into 5 entities:
Federal Aviation Administration
Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration
Federal Railroad Administration
Federal Transit Administration
Pipeline & Hazardous Materials Safety Administration
United States Coast Guard (Now joined with Department of Homeland Security)

The Department of Transportation requires that all safety sensitive employees test for Pre-Employment, Random, Post Accident, Reasonable Suspicion and Return to Duty. An employee must have a negative pre-employment test result on file before they can be DOT qualified. All DOT testing must include a standard 5 panel test.

DOT Physicals:  Walk Ins are Welcome!!

We perform DOT Physicals that meets DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requirements for CDL.

Monday-Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm        Walk Ins are Welcome

Every Saturday  9:00am – 12:00pm *Dallas Location Only

Practitioner will:
•Discuss with you your health history.
•Perform a physical exam.
•Complete the Medical Examination Report.

Non –DOT Testing:

We also offer non regulated testing and a variety of options. These services include urine, hair, nail and saliva testing. Non regulated testing can be performed as a standard 5 panel or it can incorporate prescription drugs to be a 10 panel test. Almost any drug can be tested for if specifically requested. Most drugs in urine testing can be detected for about 72 hours, with the exception of marijuana which can be roughly 4-8 weeks.
